Spruce Meadows is set to be buzzing this weekend with the only 5-star international competition taking place this week. The prestigious Canadian venue will host two major events, the CSI 5* and the CSI 2*, which can be streamed live on ClipMyHorse.tv.
The field is impressive in its quality. American Lillie Keenan will face Lucy Davis Kennedy, Olympic team medalist at Rio 2016, and Egyptian Sameh El Dahan, winner of the Rolex Grand Prix at the CSIO of Spruce Meadows in 2018. German Richard Vogel will also participate with Gangster Montdésir.
The program spans three days. On Friday, June 26, a 1.55m class with a jump-off will kick things off, followed on Saturday by a 1.50m obstacle. The highlight on Sunday, June 28, will be the 1.60m Grand Prix, the key moment of the weekend.
Beyond Calgary, ClipMyHorse.tv will also broadcast the CSI 4* events in Ocala and Williamsburg, the CSIO 3*-W in Budapest, as well as the four-in-hand events in Strzegom.
