The British have unveiled their long list for the World Eventing Championships in Germany, featuring the best show jumping riders.

The British Equestrian Federation has officially announced its selection for the World Eventing Championships, which will be held in Aachen in August 2026. Fifteen pairs make up this long list, reflecting the depth of the British talent pool in this discipline.

Among the selected candidates are established riders such as Sarah Bullimore on Corimiro, Ros Canter with Lordships Graffalo and Laura Collett alongside London 52. Tom McEwen, double selected with Brookfield Quality and JL Dublin, will embody British ambitions in jumps and cross country.

The delegation also includes prestigious names such as Harry Meade, Caroline Harris, and Katie Magee, who will represent Great Britain against the world's best teams. Gemma Stevens has two mounts in contention: Cooley Park Muze and Flash Cooley, offering tactical options to the selectors.

This long list will be gradually reduced before the competition. The Aix World Championships will be a major event on the 2026 international equestrian calendar, bringing together the leading eventing nations.
